And here's one with my Hogue Handall Jr. applied and held in place with some tape. There's some cushioning material inserted on the back of the grip, too.

I like this little pistol. It has a double action only (dao) trigger, which is a good safety (there is no need for a safety lever). Every shot you take is a long double action pull.
The weight is only 7.2 ounces, unloaded. A loaded magazine (6 rounds) weighs 2.8 ounces. You can carry a seventh round in the chamber. Total loaded weight: about 10 ounces. The gun is small, and easily carried in a pocket. You can buy this gun for about $230.00, plus taxes.
Of course the 380 is larger and heavier than a 32 or 22 round, and will do more damage to a "bad guy." It is only half as powerful as some 9mm rounds. Shot placement is the most important factor in a gun fight.
The slide of the P3AT is fairly hard to "rack," and must be kept very clean in order to be reliable. I recommend a really good cleaning after 50 rounds or so.
